Dr. Nick Bailey is a passionate audiologist whose lifelong connection to hearing healthcare began with his own experience as a child born with hearing loss. Originally from the Greater Seattle Washington area, Dr. Bailey was fit with bilateral hearing aids at the age of three—an early intervention that shaped both his personal development and professional calling. Navigating the world with hearing loss taught him that hearing care is never one-size-fits-all. It’s a deeply personal journey, and every patient deserves a tailored approach.

Drawn to technology from a young age, Dr. Bailey’s fascination with the complexity of hearing systems was sparked through time spent with his own audiologist. That experience led him to pursue a career in audiology, earning his undergraduate degree from Washington State University in 2010 and his Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Tennessee in 2014.

Shortly after completing his doctoral training, Dr. Bailey relocated to Shallotte, North Carolina, where he has been proudly served Brunswick County and surrounding communities since 2014. His firsthand experience with hearing aids gives him a unique ability to empathize with patients and guide them through their own hearing journeys with clarity and compassion.

As the founder of Precision Audiology, Dr. Bailey is committed to delivering exceptional, individualized care. He believes that hearing is not just a sense—it’s a gateway to connection, confidence, and quality of life. His practice is built on the principle that no two patients are alike, and every treatment plan should reflect the distinct needs and goals of the individual.

Whether mentoring future audiologists, refining clinic operations, or helping patients rediscover the sounds they’ve missed, Dr. Bailey brings a rare blend of technical expertise, personal insight, and heartfelt dedication to everything he does.

Donna brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for service to our front office team. Though she has lived in various parts of the country, Donna proudly calls Bolivia home. Her extensive career in the medical field has shaped her dedication to helping others, and she finds deep fulfillment in supporting people and making a positive impact in their lives.

Donna is married to a Navy veteran and is the proud mother of two sons—one a Marine Corps veteran and the other a graduate of Texas A&M University.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family. Donna is excited to be part of our team and looks forward to welcoming and assisting all who walk through our doors.
